We extend to you a cordial "WELCOME ABOARD !" Come on in, make yourself at home, we are a friendly group of enthusiasts, and we also appreciate the classic Chris Craft Roamer, Corsair, and Lancer boats too , as they are all on the same family tree and share much in common ! Just start by posting a note introducing yourself to the group, that's all it takes here (we don't ask for or retain any personal information here, because our intention is to just "have fun and share information".
I'm proud of you guys, for getting out on the water when everyone else was inside sitting by the heater, ha ha. We've done the same thing here in Tennessee on very cold days, and it helps a LOT if the wind isn't blowing.
Some of our most fun cruises have been in frigid weather, all grouped in the helm station with the canvas zipped up. The geography along the river is stunning that time of year, and if you're lucky you can see an Eagle or a White Tail Deer swimming the river.
It's a special kind of fun, and guests really enjoy it if they dress warmly enough, and of course they can have a cocktail or two as well. The captain has his cocktails after the boat is safely backed into the slip!
