427/ Pertronix / timing

Captains,
The only way to your engine is with a DIGITAL DIAL BACK timing light . The 427 flywheel timing mark is 10 degree`s advance . The "timing mark " has a range of 9.5 degree`s to 10.5 degree`s , from edge to edge .
I have also noticed the rotors need to be tapped down into place or else they will rub the inside roof of the dist cap . The Mallory 221B cap also comes with the NEEDED spacer gasket that takes care of the rotor clearance .
