Amazing Coincidence

Response to Carb issues resolved ...
I rebuilt my Carters over the winter and while I was putting the second one back together, I noticed that two of the metering jets were slightly smaller than the other two. I don't recall which position I reinstalled them in. Once I got the carb reinstalled, however, the engine boggs down at 1300 RPM!

Can anyone tell me where the smaller metering jets go? Are they the primaries or secondaries?

I would LOVE to have this problem solved!
