Good hearing from you, hope all is well with you and yours! I see you used a Racor too. They seem to be a very good product, good reputation, and with a large easily replacable filter element. In addition, they have a water drain on the bottom!

Here’s the Racor I installed on my single engine Skiff project boat. This is a LOT more filtration than the boat ever had before. Good filtration is a real key to good carb performance !!
