After the filler stain fully cures for a few days, the first coat of Epifanes wood finish is cut 50%, the second 25% and then the build coats follow. I've found that the greatest challenge is catching runs and sags on the bottom surfaces of railings. All this makes me wonder how they accomplished perfection at the factory.
