And now.............drumroll please..........we have the 20' Luxury Cruiser which was also available with a 140 hp Interceptor outdrive. Note, there is nothing in the brochure that even hits about fiberglass. The hulls are built from "seasoned oak ribs on 6" centers, 3" centers in the bottom, and top grade 3/8" 5-ply marine plywood planking, with 1/2" bottom planking on Sea-V 23 aluminum and vinyl fender molding". While this literature was being printed, and a precious few wood boats of this configuration were being built, plans were well underway to make this a fiberglass boat.
This small cruiser model looks a lot like the true fiberglass one I saw the other evening at our yacht club. That one said Thompson on the side, with NO reference to Chris Craft, and the badge made reference to Wisconsin.
