Refit for Saltwater

For some years Donna and I have contemplated taking "Bella" on the Great Loop and so on the eve of my 58th birthday we have determined a budget to be applied to fitting out the ole girl to live in the salt for a couple years.

Currently, we do not have a closed cooling system for the engines, marine air/heat x 3, nor toilets x 2.

I am asking the combined knowledge of this esteemed forum to provide suggestions (be kind) for other items that should be addressed prior to this voyage. We are looking at the fall of 2011 for the push off. This gives us two+ years to get r done.
