Response to re.427 camshafts
I just happen to have a "nearly new" 427 side oiler torque cam with 16 hydraulic lifters - than 2 hours on it. Right now I am thinking about making it into a lamp post.

Seriously though, it turns out that various 427 cams are relatively available these days. A lot easier to find than pistons anyway.
