I don't think the carter AFB marine carb has any more of a different rebuild kit than your generic Carter automobile carb, therefore I would think NAPA (or equivalent) would have kits. I have just purchased the generic kit and it seems to have worked reasonably well.
I know there is a thread here somewhere about rebuilding one, I took a lot of photos during a rebuild and I'll post the link. If you have not done this before, take photos with a digital camera of every step of the way, because there are a couple parts inside the Carter that will bolt up backwards, and personally I think that is a fault of the industrial designer who did the design work, as it would have been better to make the insides only accept parts ONE WAY during the obvious need to rebuild these over a period of time. The AFB is pretty simple, good luck.
