We extend to you a cordial "WELCOME ABOARD !" Come on in, make yourself at home, we are a friendly group of enthusiasts, and we also appreciate the classic Chris Craft Roamer, Corsair, and Lancer boats too , as they are all on the same family tree and share much in common ! Just start by posting a note introducing yourself to the group, that's all it takes here (we don't ask for or retain any personal information here, because our intention is to just "have fun and share information".
Was the transom completely replaced on your boat? IF you have a clean title for the boat, it would (should) have the hull number on it.
If you can find it, I can decode it for you, even though it will not list the year. A regretable oversight by the manufacturer.....
There will however be a letter denoting the series (or version) of that particular hull style. Knowing the series, I could most likely identify the year from the other data I've gathered.
Of course, if you can locate the hull number, you should definitely send away for an information packet from the Mariner's Museum in Va.
