      The 1025 prop is indeed, a 15 x 17. The promo brochure below shows a 31' Commander with a 32-mph speed rating, powered by small block Chevy motors. This speed rating is exactly what I would anticipate for the boat if the weight is close to what you indicated.



      I know your boat is the Sports Express model, but weight and hull should be somewhat similar. If anything, your boat may weigh a little less?
