      Hi Paul: Just arrived from St Thomas and inplant was not to bad casnnot raise my left arm past the shoulder for a little over 2 weeks and light duty for total of 4 weeks so all and all not to bad.

      Thanks for the offer and at some point I might Yell!! Ha I should fell lots better with a constant heart rate.Regards,Bill(suwanneered)
