We extend to you a cordial "WELCOME ABOARD !" Come on in, make yourself at home, we are a friendly group of enthusiasts, and we also appreciate the classic Chris Craft Roamer, Corsair, and Lancer boats too , as they are all on the same family tree and share much in common !
I think Nat was from an era before they developed marine paint, ha.
His designs were (are) legendary and it is quite the coup to know he water tested his torpedo boats developed for the USN in shallow water because he knew they would go faster riding on the pressure wave off the bottom. As for the burnt orange, would be a matter of preference, not my cup of tea but hey, would get some attention! Here in Tennessee some of us see waaaaay tooooo much orange anyway. I'd rather be seeing the Blue and White, ugly shoes, and plain uniforms of the Nittany Lions!
