Always great to hear from you, glad to have you as a more frequent participant here. Yes I did get your very thoughtful emails and I will respond to them when I get a few minutes behind a computer and not an iPhone 
Interesting to note my doctor asked about what kind of activity I was involved with, and I told him it was full contact Akido 3X per week, and on occasion I would crawl through ten miles of broken glass at night on my elbows in the rain just to keep in tip top shape, and he........(would I pull your leg).....well the real story is he said my routine of hitting the fitness center 3X per week was okay but to keep it low contact, avoid running for awhile and any kind of shock impact, but lifting free weights and using that type of upper body equipment was still okay. I'll be asking him again today as I'm back for a follow up check up.
