Here's the step-by-step on activate your ActiveX in your browser:
(1) Click on Tools
(2) Then, click on Internet Options...
(3)After the Internet Options window is opened, then click on the tab, Security
(4) Now, since Internet is already selected, then click on the button, Custom Level...
(5) Now, only on the ActiveX controls and plug-ins section, click all of the choices "enable"
(6) After that, you click OK
(7) A window will pop up saying "Are you sure you want to change the secuirty settings for this zone." Just click on OK
(8) Now do steps 4-7 again. This time, instead on Internet, you do Local Intranet, Trusted Sites, and Restricted Sites.
(9) After you are done with all of that, you just click Apply. After you did that, you click on OK.
