Muddy roads are closed along the Kettle and St.Croix

nothing-nada open yet....waiting pattern..........so anyone thinking river running this year? Awlful nice camping and evening fishing along the banks!!The kettle was way low last year above the bridge as I reported last fall sept.but below the hwy bridge is ok and beautimus to the max.all the way to stillwater.below that it's a mess still and will be till late summer.(log jams of polutants)and regular stuff.Monitoring the weather it that area is sketchy at best,one of those areas a rainsuit is a must to fight off hypothermia at night.and those darn squalls during the afternoons count on them! forget campfires...ok????? just use your handy dandy featherlite stove.and glow sticks for creature comforts.Anyone been to the willow river yet this year?well keep us informed as much as you can.thanks
