today and last nights rain

did not help matters as far as travel. The St.Croix was a little high and the water verrrry cold, brrr.Road shoulders are very soft and must be avoided, most, if not all atv trails are closed.Canoe or foot traffic only, pick yer poison.Deer are plentiful and most of the migratory birds are back.If it gets to near 70 the next two days as advertized those big black sleepiheads will be up and about.Locals are catching some redhorse down on the St.Croix and other rivers in the area.Time to get the smoker ready!
