Footsee's nail on the head

Your DNR and mine MIGHT know what is out there,but they stay with the status quo.Until you,me or Footseeee change that,that's the way it will be.494 just north of hwy 12 a couple of winters ago a huge cougar laid on the side{middle divider} of the under construction freeway for many days ,maybe weeks.The DNR didn't find that one?. Could they find their butt ends with both hands? BIGFOOT LIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!
