they stuck comething up the spigot

and the handle wouldn't turn.I've got water spilling over into the bedroom and had to turn the water off down the basement.What a bunch of crazies,what's wrong with kids these days.Passed out and/or fighting.I don't remember it being this bad.Now there is some jealous boyfrriend going round and round the house in his snowmobile! What a freakin zoo!
