As a licensed and INSURED driver.Expect to be issued ration cards good for 12,000 miles per year.Above those numbers wether you are a citizen or a business.Expect to be charged double tax on your fuel purchases.Every licensed and insured driver in your family will be issued one for a FEE.However the money is collected,driving around looking for Bigfoot or girls could become expensive.We happen to have a lot of people who drive unneccessarily who cause more wear and tear on the roads than others do.Oregon and other states are looking for ways to charge fairly for road and bridge upkeep.For businesses the rules will be a little different but not by much.So some of you guys who bought into the nocturnal B.S. and drive around with spotlights hoping for the unlikely will pay dearly for it.A little bird told me!
