Ok, I found it. They are to vague and secretive. My "guess" is it is in south eastern Mn proably in the bluff county near White water state park or white water WMA. Of course they could be calling northern Mn southern Mn just to throw people off . Some of those folks sound a little "off" to me. Have a nice easter.
