last post for a while

regarding my reality and yours.It is too early for Bigfoot!.It is just right for opportunity.The ice is coming off of Superior.With it comes the agates.They can make or break my hunting budjet.I have already gleaned those agates that rise in the muck on inland lakes and ponds before ice out and marked those too big or stubbornly frozen to dig out.This is really hard work,carrying a heavy pack and freezing hands and feet,Beachcombing as you know it has absolutely no relationship with 3 lb or better agates. It's all about about being the firstest ,with the mostest.If the smelt are running you are probably tooooo late.Most smelt frys take place about May 1st.I live and love the woods.You can visit if you like!Hahahahaha. My tioket for the local smelt fry has already been punched.If you don't have a ticket[reservation] better get your buns up here.I have seen walleyes and still today suckers running upstream by the hundreds,you could walk across their backs and never get wet!.I have a smoker,what do you have,to help the beer flow down?,$4 a pound ciscos ?Suckers in aspen and birch are just as good.Toss a little salt and cinnamon on them,many up here add a slice of onion.Up north people tke care of each other!!
