It starts with denials by the Minnesota DNR that there are Cougars in Minnesota.case in point: very recently two deer hunters just north of Duluth in Culver Minn were hunting and saw a wounded deer that they shot and killed.Upon further inpection there were puncture wounds in the neck of the deer and two Cougars were allegedly seen by the hunters circling the carcass. Now people are coming forth in droves saying they have seen Cougars in Minnesota and often in the arrowhead region. Is this an attempt by the DNR to thwart possible hunting of Cougars to be regulated in Minnesota?Already Timberwolves in Minnesota have become a nuisance to domestic farm animals and pets.Coyotes in the western half of Minnesota are a nuisance also, taking pets off porches and leashes in yards often right in front of human witnesses.Seems everytime theres reported problems with wild animals the Minn.DNR will downplay and outrightly say no such things are happening.Hmmmmmmmm makes ya think don't it! Just wait till the Biggy reports startup again. We'll be watching the reports and see where the trend goes as the winter progresses and the temps drop way below zero,as to what people are reporting and allegedly seeing in our northwoods.
