The DNR said they do not allow Civilians to particpate in any of their investigations. The only time this is permitted is if it is the land owners land they are investigating. They said it is a strict policy and also because of liability issues.
So, once again you lied. Just like you did about the Ferry boat ride you said you took.
You really need to get a grip, kid. What is your agenda to continually say you live there when it has been proven by your own words on this site that you do not live there?
