hardly. even where the "opportunities" are proportinally equivalent at most schools the boys still have better equipment, better uniforms and practice gear, better training facilities, preferred access to training staff, preferred match schedules/times, etc
besides, its idiotic to complain that boys can't compete on the girls equestrian team when the only reason the equestrian team exists is because of all the athletic opportunities already available to boys...
