Actually, it is not one of the higher paying jobs. It is not an elite program. It is a very good job, but you aren't leaving Duke or UVA to go there.
The only reason Baker left FSU was because FSU only offered one year deals. FSU's facility blows Georgia's out of the water. How many Final Fours has FSU been to? A lot.
