... how do the current recruits feel about this? Who is handling delivery of the signing papers? How much less worried are other coaches about the reprisals of contacting the current recruits who may be on the fence?

My kid is at another school, and we have no personal interest in the situation at Mercer, but it just seems that they should have someone in place. Even if it means announcing a current assistant coach as a temporary replacement.
