You seem to forget that the previous coach came straight from a GISA high school. When Grant inherited the talent at Mercer his first few yrs record was not that good. The program got a lot more competitive, but still the record was not good. Grant built the program over time. Give the new coach a chance. Ask anyone who played for Grant in high school or college, he was very tough verbally on his players.
