VSU is a great school with fantastic facilities and resources but focus on winning far exceeds any loyalty. With that said she is the right person for the job. The real question becomes can she compete on the national level. Conference is weak so she will have to strengthen the schedule. VSU will not keep her around if she does not make the national tournament on consistent basis. Titles are what they play for so the pressure is on. Recruits just need to know that.
