If CA could maintain a roster, and build off that, he would have a very solid, competitve team! But he loses 3-4 players every year once the inconsistencies of his coaching philosphy are exposed. The really good programs like CSU build each years team from the strenghts of the previous years, but this does not happen at NGCSU under Adams. Every year, his new class of "superstars" subplant the girls who fall out of his favor the previous year, so they are laways in a rebuilding mode. This school needs a new coach if they are ever going to compete on a reagular basis..... |
