Unless there is a very strong and compelling reason, the money should not be reduced from year to year. Increases are possible though especially for freshmen and sophomores who have proved themselves during the season. Our daughter's coach has an individual player meeting at the end of the fall season, and again at the end of the spring season. The offer letters usually arrive in May.

Her original scholarship was substantial and we did not expect an increase. This year, though, she has already been told that there might be a small increase as she is entering her senior year and costs have risen over the last few years.
