How many womens programs in the GSC are fully funded?

Just curious. I know in the PBC there are just 3 or 4.

Fields

The land was given to them, and the fields were through private donations. The intent was to create the atmosphere then the dollars would follow...then the economy went to hell. They also had aspirations of moving to DI, something that's been put on the far back burner now. They still have to build the stands (similar to the softball field) and need nets/fences for the practice field. I think they are funded well, I just don't believe they are fully funded yet which was the question.
