Many would... December 7 2011, 2:12 PM
I doubt many head coaches from solid programs would move for that. However, assistants would definitely go as well as head coaches from weaker conferences who have had successful programs. It could be a very good position over time especially with the AD's backing. That was something that Dom never had.

DII coaches in this state make more than that.

Money talks and with that salary, it's pretty silent

Dom got more than that. Not much but still they would have to raise it to about $60K or more to get a good asst. from anywhere.

Dom made slightly more than that, but correct not much more. No real camp revenue really. From the looks of things if you are male you won't get this job.
Camp Revenue can be good December 12 2011, 9:32 AM
Camp revenue can be good for these college coaches, however it requires that the coaches actually work at it and put something into it.
It appears that they did not want to do all the administrative work to run a camp.
Says something, doesnt it?

A day camp at thier home field would not be a good idea. No one would ever go there. People who play soccer would not drive out there when they can stay close to home and go to a number of other camps.

you dont know what you are talking about. Dom made 50,000 plus 200/mo for car.

A very good NAIA asst coach from a small rural college that would have the enthusiam to bring the team to the level it deserves.

It will be between 45K and 55K. That was range Dom was in during the last few years. Tough to live in Atlanta on that. No camp revenue either. Dom had to go work other camps just to survive.

Still less than what two DII coaches make in the state.
