I doubt many head coaches from solid programs would move for that. However, assistants would definitely go as well as head coaches from weaker conferences who have had successful programs. It could be a very good position over time especially with the AD's backing. That was something that Dom never had.
Dom made slightly more than that, but correct not much more. No real camp revenue really. From the looks of things if you are male you won't get this job.
A day camp at thier home field would not be a good idea. No one would ever go there. People who play soccer would not drive out there when they can stay close to home and go to a number of other camps.
It will be between 45K and 55K. That was range Dom was in during the last few years. Tough to live in Atlanta on that. No camp revenue either. Dom had to go work other camps just to survive.
