Can be unlimited for home games. Travel squad is usually cut down to maybe 20-22. Some conferences set their own limits. Obviously travel costs enter in to the away games. ACC teams have to fly to many of their away games so that really adds to the travel costs.

Home games they may dress the whole roster and play 13 - 15 players. Away travel they'll usually take 18.

travel everyone...but as you say still only 15-16 really play...most of these schools away matches are a bus trip away therefore travel costs are lower.

My daughter plays at AASU. They dress everyone and travel everyone if they are healthy to potentially play.

Columbus St and Clayton St. All others in the conference do NOT get the maximum amount of scholarships from their Athletic Department.

What does that have to do with traveling?
