because right now I can't see one

even though it's 2 years since my Dad died, and nearly 6 months since Mum died, even though I have a loving partner, even though I am (mostly) healthy and have all my most essential needs catered for, even though, even though...

I still find it hard to cope with living at all, and just wonder why I even bother.

Can anyone out there give me a reason?

I feel exactly the same. Lost both my mum and dad. I have no family and have just lost a very good friend to cancer. I carry on for my daughter but I live in a state of sadness and bitterness.
