I am reading a book at the moment which i am finding very helpful with my bereavement
It is called 'Relative Grief' by Clare Jenkins and Judy Merry

This FORUM is like a book to me, an open book, where I can reply to and get answers and maybe give an helping hand to someone on their way.

I aquired the book at the library but they sell it at Waterstones for £12.99

I agree this forum is very helpful, it has certainly helped me with my bereavement.
