This is my first visit to your website and it feels like a lifeline. Nineteen months ago my husband passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. I feel I have been doing okay, but these past couple of weeks it feels like I have gone backwards and I am struggling.
I know if I hang in there it will pass, but some days that is a really tall order.
I have just read the poem from bereaved parents - it is just what I want to scream at people who just don't understand the depths of pain you feel when you loose someone you love.
