anyone know any good workouts as far as in the weight room...specifically directed toward the most used muscles in wrestling?...any info. would help tremendously

Check out Crossfit.com It is the new and upcoming style of fitness. They even have some excellent stories from coaches that teach high school wrestling and how successful their programs have become since incorporating this style of fitness. Crossfit uses high intensity/low duration workouts that are utilize functional movements that are constantly varied. Check it out.
