What's happening to ArtMolds?

Hello  (Login hello789)
from IP address 69.86.164.132

I'm not sure if this site is affiliated with ArtMolds.com, but since it's linked from there, I figured it might be. Does anyone know if ArtMolds is having any problems?

I ordered a vacuum chamber from them 3 days ago. Before I ordered, I also called them with a couple of questions, and got live persons answering the phone, so it was all peachy. A few hours after I ordered, I got an email saying that the vacuum chamber is $30 more than the price on the website, and that my options are to be charged $30 more or to cancel the transaction and get a refund. (At least that's what I think it said - it was written rather ambiguously.) I wrote back asking to clarify, and I haven't heard from them since.

I've tried emailing to all 3 addresses listed on the site (one of which is apparently not valid, since it bounced) a couple of times, I tried calling every day and leaving messages (since it's been going straight to voicemail) - but I've yet to hear back. I don't know if I should keep trying to reach them, or if I should get a chamber from The Compleat Sculptor instead, since it would end up costing the same after the additional $30. (Or is there another chamber that you guys can recommend?)

Ideas?

I have not had any problems with ordering, but I've only ordered a few products from them. I tend to hunt down deals, as they are always a few dollars more than other brands. However, I did look into the vac chamber a while back and I was unable to find it and their pump. A couple weeks later, after I started building my own, I noticed it was back on the site.... This was a long time ago though, over a year at least.
