it is kicking my allergies into high gear and I can't breathe!!!!

I have got to remember to take the Benedryll before bed tonight so I can get some sleep.

I know the feeling...I had allergies issues a couple of weeks ago that were so bad I went to the doctor and got an allergy shot--all gone now!!! YAY!!!

Try Zyrtec, but be sure to take it before bed because it tends to make you sleepy when first taking it, but by the next day no drowsiness and it is 24 hour.

I had never had allergies until I moved to Denver. Now I have a runny nose and eyes---its driving me crazy!

Drops have been scarce this season. Nothing but severe clear!

According to weather.com, our average rainfall for June is 4.72 inches. So far (and remember its only the 19th) we have had 14.36 inches this month. This is the second year in a row that boats may not make it out on the lakes for the Fourth of July. The water is so high you can't make it under the bridges to get from the marinas to the lakes. My friends have a lake shore cabin with a deck that sits on a rock cliff. For the past two years, the deck has been a swim up bar...

But with all the flood control projects that have been built in the state of Oklahoma, we aren't doing nearly as bad as those along the Mississippi.
