I can recall the importance of a bike growing up.We road everyday after school and countless hours on weekends. With that said, I haven't been on a bike in 5-6 years except a stationary bike - Its a lot more work than I recall as a kid. LOL
However, I will admit I did get a better work out on it.

I remember my first bike ride, over a year after the car accident in February, 2007. My sis rode with me about one mile around the neighborhood, and felt like i rode 20. It all gets easier in time
