Maybe it's better stated that I have all four (the inclusive text and the more early printing where the text, workbook and teacher's manual are separate--and so easy to read on such quality paper).
Writing my preference about the early printed versions may be seeing differences. My aged eyes appreciate that difference.
My all-in-one blue book sits next to my computer, irrespective of my place on the path. It's rife of post-it notes, underlings. Maybe grasping, maybe learning.
