In each idea we have reviewed
God has laid a gift for us to
Have of Him and of His Love.
As we review these gifts ever so slowly
See these gifts, and receive these gifts
Breathe them in, soak in them…
They will give us happiness, rest, perfect calm…
Endless quiet, perfect certainty
Whereby we will receive all
Of our Father’s inheritance.
Each day that we practice
We breathe in deep
Our message of special blessing
Restoring our faithfulness
From darkness to light
From grief to joy
From pain to peace
From sin/error to holiness…
God’s gratitude surrounds us
As we learn to claim our inheritance.
He offers thanks to us
Who seek and practice
The keeping of His Word;
The receiving of all His Gifts;
Extending them to all we meet;
Breathing them into our very being.
In deep contemplative meditation,
Yes, these lessons are a unifying chant.
We can entertain into our daily thought:
“Our minds holds only what we think with God.”
