My renovation product has ground to a halt...nicely oiled and finished stock, lovely low sheen. New delrin piston seal, cleaned, polished, lubed etc. First attempt at cocking and the trigger jammed, sorted that out, now the trigger will not cock! I have removed the anti beartrap device..no change. A fiendish looking collection of levers, sears and springs! Does anyone on here have a trigger diagram by any chance? Gaines has kindly provided the e-mail address of a Walther trigger expert and if I cannot sort it out with a diagram, I may be shipping the trigger unit across the pond! I have always avoided fiddling with triggers if at all possible!
Problem was a small piece broken off the anti-beartrap device, which I could not replace. The single stage trigger will not work without this device although I understand that you can get the thing to work by bending one of the sears. I have never messed about with triggers very much..have repaired a Rekord trigger on HW77. The Walther trigger totally baffled me...cylinder and trigger unit now with Frank Korn who has repaired the thing. Apparently former owner had messed about with first stage of trigger. Thanks for the offer anyway. I should think that spares are like gold dust.
