The July-September 2008 quarterly SOPA has been published, and once again the decision on the Master Development Plan has been delayed. The good news is that the expected decision is now listed as July 2008, so let's hope it really happens sometime this month.

I've been checking the Federal Register on a daily basis, hoping for news. I don't know if it's the fastest way to get the info, but I've been using the following link and searching for "Snoqualmie": http://www.gpoaccess.gov/fr
Hopefully this delay will be resolved soon so The Summit can get to work on Silver Fir Express.
