Re: have done this

Remember last year Crystal flew the towers for Northway on November 5th and it was still done in mid December. At this point last year they were done with the bottom station foundations and about half the tower foundations. They also did not even break ground for the drive station until September 17th and the bottom station was assembled by helicopter on September 9th.
