sounds like if you're at the summit you're allowed to leave, but it's hard to hear exactly what the automated message is saying.. either "down from the summit" or "________bound from the summit" but it really doesn't sound like I missing a syllable, so I think it's "down".
Right now it's closed from NB to Cle Elum but I hear them saying they'll have Easton Hill cleaned up in the next 30 minutes. Not sure if that will mean much if the Summit is still out of commission. Frankly I'm quite impressed they held it all together this long. Good job guys! You did all you could.
