I had the prime rib a couple weeks ago @ Webs. It was good, but it might have helped that I just finished the hike to Kendell catwalk. The other times I have been there have been cheeseburger nights and those were good as well. The Hamm's beer on tap is a bonus for me!
You can tell that they just don't get a lot of business, but the staff is very friendly and tries their best. I know the bartender (Helen?) works @ Alpental during the ski season. Some of the other servers are Hyak locals as well. It is nice to have some choices...
Also, anyone know about the "Hyak Market"?
