I think they did it last fall. They had placed rebar painted red into tower locations on the hill and now it appears they are remarking them as they clear the path. I haven't been watching, but that is what it appears like. There is still 4 feet of snow up top so I don't expect them to start the tower install yet, but will be good to finally see when they start going up.
