      My buddy was down at Timberline over the weekend, and at a FIS race they had there (useful for points, for start positions) a non-points racer showed-up: 49 year-old Phil Mahre. He placed second!

      I know Phil is MUCH too smart to consider racing the World Cup again, so what could he be doing?! Maybe just testing skis for K2?
